As you get older and your body goes through life's changes, your bra may need to change as well. Obtain a professional bra fitting at a specialty store or intimates department to ensure that you're getting the size that is just right for you. Most women haven't done this and as a result, are walking around in bras that don't fit them. If you know your optimum size, you can even purchase bras online because trying each garment on for fit isn't as much of a concern.
