The Teriyaki Tacos Tastes Good And Is Healthy For You!

by Greg Scott

In South Florida, there are so many different opportunities to experience the finest beaches and the finest dining in the world. As of late, I have been doing a lot of both. Ever since moving to this city actually, that's really all I've been doing. All of the establishments here are so prestigious, yet surprisingly inexpensive. I have been enjoying the unique entrees that come out of these establishments for a long time, but nothing compares to the steak Teriyaki taco. This is South Florida's new popular style taco, and of course, it is nothing short of phenomenal. This is seriously one for the books!

First of all, I was served three soft shell tortillas. They were so warm and fresh that I saw the steam rising up them off the plate! It was a relief to see that I would not be leaving hungry. I can't stand paying money for what just isn't enough food. I am so glad that wasting my money is never an issue in a South Florida establishment.

The teriyaki sauce that this taco promises is unlike any that I've ever seen, heard of, or tasted. It is a pineapple teriyaki sauce that is incredible and made fresh every day. It absolutely redefined teriyaki sauce for me. I'll never be satisfied with another attempt at teriyaki sauce, this just can't be beat!

I'm jumping the ship a little though, as the pineapple teriyaki sauce is better placed as one of the last ingredients in the taco. This is to insure that all of your ingredients are lathered with that delicious, one-of-a-kind sauce! You should begin the taco with your preference of protein. There's steak, chicken, pork, and chicken breast. If you don't eat meat, there's are not one, but two vegetarian substitutes. Black bean hummus, or plain black beans and guacamole!

No taco would be complete without vegetables. It's so easy to make your taco a healthy meal with the right selection of vegetables. The teriyaki starts the veggies off with cucumbers. I had never heard of putting cucumbers on a taco, but I'm so glad that I got a taste! The refreshment that it brought to the teriyaki taco was like no other.

On top of the cucumbers, there's delicious diced green onions. I had never had green onions until I started dining in West Palm food, but I am so glad I tried them. They're absolutely delicious! And truly good for you. I mean, what more could you ask for?

The last ingredient out of the veggies section that you'll use for the teriyaki is pickled carrots. These pickled carrots were amazing and with the pineapple teriyaki sauce that trademarks this taco, I was blown out of the water. My three soft tortillas had quickly turned into a healthy and hearty meal before my eyes, and the taste was even better than the way it looked!

Just when I thought that this taco couldn't get any better, South Florida surprised me yet again. Just before handing me my tacos, they sprinkled a few sesame seeds onto the top of each one. What an addition! I am such a fan of sesame seeds and I was so delighted with the way it accompanied the unique style of the taco!

The chicken Teriyaki taco is what you would expect from Jupiter restaurants, but I just can't believe my taste buds every time I try a different entree. If only recipe taco everywhere were this delicious. South Florida just gets it!
